"Drawing" wrote Wilson Wong in Gallery & Studio in a review of my first solo show, "can be a powerful medium in its own right, as opposed to simply a preliminary stage for making sketches or studies."

Mr. Wong is right on the mark. I see drawing not as a lesser activity than painting, but a rich inexhaustible art with a magnificent history - and discipline - all its own.
