The imagined places from which the viewer sees a rocky protrusion in "Key Hole Rock Storm" is an anchored or stranded site, and one can almost hear the water lapping with an insistent repetition.

Each part of the islet stands as a dual silhouette of equal stature — a male and a female form.

The reflection of water matches the sky and surrounds her personified abstraction with a pewter-like metallic surface.

This immateriality mutes her color harmonies and bends her shapes into an ethereal vision.

In a sudden turnabout, Sferra's "Moon Night" increases the physicality of the most ephermeral element — sky — to place a full moon above a weighty emptiness.
