Our Shipping Policy

We use FedEx or UPS ground delivery to ship to any U.S. address. For artwork that is pre-framed by the artist or purchased unframed, there is a shipping and handling fee. When you wish to purchase an artwork, you can first send an Email Inquiry.

If you are having the art work shipped in New York state, please be advised that New York sales tax will be included in the price.

Because artwork is sourced directly from the artist, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Our Customer Service department will notify you via email once your artwork is en route to your home. We will include the Fedex or UPS tracking number of your shipment along with the URL of the Fedex or UPS tracking site.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with any purchase is 100% guaranteed. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep the package it came in and contact us immediately. If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork for any reason, please let us know, by email or phone, within 5 days after you receive it, that you intend to return it to us, immediately, in damage-preventive packaging.
